Get low is the best for run blocking, IMO. Unlike what everyone says, the Hands SA is not a complete waste. It's still helpful to be able to block with your hands (which is part of the SA). The penalty part, obviously, isn't implemented yet, but probably will be soon.
The 2nd best run block SA depends on your build. Run block for everyone. If you have a super strong guy, Pancake. Cut Block more important if you've build a more agile, but less strong guard.
I don't really like skills that rely on someone being better than you to be useful.
Why? They let you slack off pumping strength like a moron, and let you focus on putting SP's into something else than spending 3-4 SP for a point of strength.
There is almost 0 reason that Pancake would be the best SA, unless you think that stat is important (which it isnt). Get Low is by far the best one. I would take Run Block over the others, just b/c it's a) easier to build, and b) the rest are annoying.

Aye. the reason I think get low and foundation are the best, is because they give your O line favorable movement.

Thats only partially true.
There is a lot to be said for pancaking an opponent. Maybe its not about scoring a TD on a pancake in the first quarter. Maybe its about having the D line so demoralized that you own the 4th quarter.
