I have rolled 4 centers. Mr. Intense, Mr. Normal, Mr. Shopping, and Mr. Clubbing.

They each have 10 in catching and carrying.

Mr. Intense will be training Precision Catching.
Mr. Normal will be training catching and not doing a secondary activity.
Mr. Shopping will be training catching and shopping every day.
Mr. Clubbing will be training catching and clubbing every day.

More to come if when we get some damn training points.

Why would a center train in precision catching?

I think he just picked that because it only costs 100 FP each.

Precision catching and everything are because it was easy to get the same starting attributes on all of them.

I'm also not sure about the duration of this experiment, but I don't have to worry about skill gains from leveling biasing the results since centers do not gain in those attributes.

I will likely be sticking these Centers in the D League. Playtime may vary greatly. All level will affect is the cost. The results in those attributes will be determined from training 100%.

No problem. I have 30 players + a whole team to figure out training for. I have some ideas about what the results are gonna show, but I would probably run this experiment anyway to be sure.

I don't want to undermine the experiment, but what is the purpose of it? From what I gather you might get slightly more bang for your buck with intense training as far as skill raises go (unless you just want to train 1 skill and then you just go normal) and the only other difference really is what kind of token you want. I guess I'm wondering what you expect to see from the experiment.

Its about testing the for training "breakthroughs" and their frequency depending on various normal settings.

If these breakthroughs are more frequent on intense, then normal may be pointless unless you need to shop.

There's also a rumor that these breakthroughs on normal may occur more frequently if you don't do a secondary activity.

Finally, according to the math, normal = intense except intense spreads the gains accross 2 attributes. Since you can only train twice every 5 days on intense but you get 125% the training benefit.

If my experiment is worthless, then who cares. Right? Since when is more knowledge worse than less knowledge?

No, that's cool, I wasn't trying to undermine what you were doing I just wanted to know the end goal. The only reason I was saying that Intense might get slightly more because you're get 125% from a higher training value (IE if you train normal you get 100% of the 46% points you might gain and then maybe 100% of the 44% you'd gain afterward whereas with intense you get 125% of the 46% and then 125% of 43% if that makes any sense).

The point is, NO ONE but bort is entriely sure what's gonna happen in regards to training.

My only goal is to figure it out on scratch paper instead of on the players I have 2 seasons already invested in.

Yes I called Centers scratchpaper.
