I ignored 11 out of the 12 steps method and it still didn't stop me from drinking

Disagree with the core statement; I'm p sure Dpride had a few dots on UFC that had poor ELs along the way...and for better or for worse that team seems to have done okay.

It's not about the efflev, it's about where the attributes will finish up.

Will he break 150 speed or strength?
Will agility break 85?
Will his football skill break 85?
Will his stamina break 60?
Will he carry a +21% or higher bonus to his primary roll?
Will he be able to get the above and still afford the necessary SAs?

If the answer to any of the above is no, probably not WL material. Of course exceptions abound by position, but if you're looking for generalities...

yeah some dots have their top skills trained up to 90% which could add 50 or more points to efflev in the last season. It's a moving target and is only indirectly tied to the performance of the dot.

Step 4: Enlightenment

Correct, along with knowing what attribute targets to shoot for. There have been plenty of good WL teams with mediocre EL.

AI does indeed make a huge difference. Who was the guy that always came in here insisting that coordination no longer mattered? Ryanshaw or something like that, I think. This season is also a great lesson for those who doubt the notion that veteran WL teams go 0 cares until they have to turn it on.
