i read borts post just dont understand it really, by reading it, it leads me to believe my team is going to cap 31 but am i right?

This restructure will basically put you against even competition next year...The winning of the championship in BBB pretty much means crap. BUT next season you will be placed in a cap league based on either your teams average level or highest level.

Don't forget that the winner will be placed in a league with other BBB winners. So even though you'll all be in a 31 capped league you'll still be facing teams very similar to yourself. There shouldn't be any 31 capped teams from last year that all are 38+ now, you SHOULD be even.

well the other BBB EE teams arent very good so i think we will be good, whoever wins it this year

Just remember it will no longer be A or BBB it will just be Capped leagues and uncapped leagues until you win in uncapped and move up.

I was worried about being thrown into the A fire...
Playing against high 30/ low 40 levels would've SUCKED.. We can compete with 31 teams. I think this is an excellent call by Bort and his staff.
