I also agree with the active/retired option, especially with the blank players. If you don't keep the name, the player doesn't go in the HOF...I think that is only fair.
Agreed. Also, the boost from playing in WL should be much much higher. There are still a lot of guts in the pros that allow inferior dots to run up huge stats and earn placement over better dots who are playing in WL against the top teams.
