See, look here very carefully, just here at the edge of the screen we can see what looks to be an arrow flying quickly across our camera's field-of-view. Let's follow the arrow and see where it goes. Here we have it coming into view on Camera 4 and fading away quickly, and then into view of Camera 2, where we can see it finding an obstacle blocking its flight path. This obstacle appears to be the Male Tribute from District 7. The arrow seems to have lodged itself squarely into the chest of the tribute, and he quickly succumbs to the attack, falling to the ground backpack and all.
