It doesn't. It's just that there's no confirmation. And it makes me want to slow down
And try and get more info. If it's No reveal then there should be roles to help fill in the gaps

As players scramble around the game field, trying to stay alive, a drone enters the arena and zooms overhead. It looks like the sponsors are possibly smiling down on one of the players. Let follow it on the different cameras. It flies past the desolate Cornucopia, and into the forest. Wait, here we go...Camera 17. The drone slows to a halt above Havo, and a package is quickly dropped, before the drone buzzes off back to where it came from. We can't see what's in the package, but I'm sure it's going to make any of the other tributes who saw it, quite jealous.

No sooner than the Male Tribute from District 11 can open his package, and smell the deliciousness inside, an arrow comes into the screen and hits the tribute squarely in the chest. You can only imagine the collective groans and cries of utter shock coming from District 11 right now. The residents there probably spent a good fortune to bring that gift to their beloved son, only to see him cut down, likely because of it.

Everyone looks skyward in amazement as the picture of Havo is shown in the sky, indicating his death and elimination from the Hunger Games.
