No one is #1 until they play the other undefeated teams. But my offense can go toe to toe with any other offense out there, and my defense has proven tough to score against. Still not last year's wolverines good, but pretty darn good.

But yes, the winner of Baby Makers and the DI should determine the current first place based on the strength of schedule.

If you remember we had a pretty good game last season in which you guys stopped us a few more times than we stopped you. I believe the score was like 91-70 - lol. As I stated above, your teams are always very good and fun to play against!

Crib Midgets are the defending Champs and are unbeaten...until someone knocks them off they are #1 IMO...

Yeah, I only wish every game was against the top five. Winner of the Baby Makers / DI determines #1, until the winner of that plays your team. If we all split a game then well so much the better.

All in fun, all in fun. That's the way it should be.

You can have the first game - lol.

That gives me an interesting idea...why not seperate Pee Wee Leagues into two categories. 1) Owners who love the challenge of building a strategy against a relatively equal opponent and want to play against quality teams, (that could be "Elite" Pee Wee or whatever) and 2) Owners who just want to develop a player or two (Malachorn and others) and don't really care if their team is any good. It's no fun to play against teams that you know you will crush by 100+ points.

It would be great if those of us who care about the strategy aspect could play each other exclusively...

No doubt in my mind that DI is the team to beat. They are every season. Very well prepared and always fun to play.

As far as all my "boosted players"....... We do have about 9 on the team that are boosted compared to most teams that only have 4 or 5. Wonder how well we would do if we decide to boost the other 53 on our team that have not been touched yet?

I was just trying to join the conversation and have a little fun like everyone else but it seems each season there is always at least one "blog king" that knows it all and throws around names like "simpleton" when someone goes against what they want to hear. I really could care less about who is #1 at week 8 on a spreadsheet.

Ease up, the season is long and it's fun to have a good team like DI to chase.

It's all in good fun. It just sounded like you were sore when someone mentioned one of the two teams should be in the #1 spot next week. If DI kills us next week, big deal. We are still in the playoffs runs.

and I am not "blog king" - just a guy that doesn't have enough to do at work.

DI is liable to beat the mess out of all of us, but. I like thinking some of us have a chance

Well it could even just be a reseeding of the PeeWee leagues. If you were a top notch team with the same management in place, you get "upgraded" to a lower league where the competition is that much tougher.

While I can't claim the same about my defense, I can say that your passing offense is laughable compared to the might Eff Ewes (who will regain their rightful spot at number 1, if the other teams stop passing so much - which is silly in Pee Wee where everyone knows you run to win).

Eff Ewes FTW is my point.

Nice. Well if it makes you feel better, I don't think we've thrown 12 passes all year. Mr. Miller is running a very different offence from the one I fielded last year (I mean who needs more than 3 WRs in Pee Wee lol).

And GG Baby Makers. As close as I would have expected from two good teams. Special Teams was the difference in this barn-burner!
