Perhaps you are more familiar with the word astrophysical, which is an adjective? Here is one of the leading scientific journals on the subject

That is an adjective. Now, astrophysically is an adverb, and it is used as a descriptor for astrophysical laws and phenomenon. I see now that the word is highlighted by GLB, the all-knowing scientific dictionary. Obviously, this made up word does not exist!
I assume you at least recognize: physically, chemically, biologically, mechanically, anatomically, I could go on but surely you get the point.
Astrophysically basically means, "In accordance with astrophysical laws." Just in case you still don't understand, the adjective astrophysical is being used here as a descriptive modifier to clarify which laws are in accordance.
