What do you really expect them to do when all the competitive teams for the most part are the same groups of agents?

Maybe if you're gonna choose to own multiple WL teams, just suck it up and play yourself 1x, instead of being a crying bitch every time and asking support to swap you?
Plenty of people coordinate multiple teams that play each other. It sucks, but you suck it up and deal with it. It's just 1 game. Playoff match-ups suck too, but those will be much more rare.
