N.I.R. Niten IchiRyu Ronin - most of Handmonster older dots.
DotBall Warriors - Younger team with a lot of casual experience (topclass, howyadoin to name a few)
Brethren Krewe Hornswagglers - Holy shit Krewe, pick a team and put your best dots on it each season (it's not hard).
Macon Mo Bacon - Were up last season before swapping back down.
High Seas Marauders - Manofplay's had them in casual pro before where most recently went 3-13 (season 38).
Prussian Revolution - LT's had them in casual before and a younger team.
Sector 9 Space Rangers - were in casual pro in sesaon 35 where they went 2-14.
Grave Diggers Union - Younger team with plenty of casual pro experience.

History
Vancouver Gorillas - 4-12 during the last casual stint in season 38.
Gamma Quadrant Space Rangers - Won silver in season 37 and did not move up to pro in 38.
New Jersey Lightning - Team has one trophy from season 28.
Terror Lake Witnesses - Team has no trophies in the case.
Trick Pony - FSS old fart team so can't imaging them coming up unless Donk wants a real old team or recruit an entire roster.
Black Rock Jets - Team has no trophies in the case and a fairly old roster.
WestWood Water Moccasins - Owner of prior casual pro team American Horror Story owns the team with an aging roster.
Hawaiian Tropics - bobcat713 owns the team so not sure if a feeder to Motor City or team #2 in the making.

u sure comp#2 promotes? There used to be 2 elite leagues and that was the case, but league #2 is now considered Comp and not Elite. IMO all promos to Pro should come from Elite.

Yes, four from each (all in the conf champs which makes the eight brought up).

That's what everyone was bitching about. A team not fully boosted would promote up to Reg #1 - get the shit kicked out of them and have to wait two more seasons for casual pro if doing that. It's the whole F'd up casual pro promotion system (unless it changed I don't think it has).

Pony will not be coming to CPL, and wouldn't be competitive here if we did. Roster will be filled with decline dots again

I can see we could have a not so interesting scenario play out if teams reject coming up (I think per the rules if they can't switch out, sell the team, or demote back down the stream they'll be automatically up here as you cannot reject the bid to play in the pros after securing a spot).
