From Changelog Oct 4th -

- QB can now "sense" a blitz via a vision check (! icon on replay), and will adjust his throwing thresholds accordingly to try and beat it. Passes defined as "short" specifically will be thrown the quickest and work the best.

How slow is slow? Can't expect much help on the build though so long as you have it closed, but I can tell from experience that DTs don't really need much speed. It might even be counter productive, depending on what you are wanting done from the DT.

GLB needs a Zombie mode.

build is open.

The DT's stat line is average, which with the Pro reduction makes sense.

Build wise, that low of speed + FS = failure. FS's investment would of served you better in Shed. Could of also used some of those points from vision to bolster other attributes or SA's. I am historically not a fan of going high in vision. I am assuming you went to 88 with tackling to increase the tackling radius. Next look at other factors as well, like jumping, which has a direct effect on tackling radius.

VA's, why no Quick or WW? You have the base attributes to make these VA's some of the better investments.

I don't think he sucks at all; DTs aren't going to rack up crazy stat lines. That said, you are right in that he is too slow. even run stoppers need to be 70+, preferably 75+.

Is he on evasive pass rushing?

Hmmm, build shows you know how to build, but what is he suppose to be doing that he isn't. Your definition of suck would help, but I'd bet the issue is you tried to do everything with him, that in my opinion is a mistake. Make em to stuff the run or destroy the passing game, let the DC worry about the rest.

I just cringe everytime I see the icon above my QBs head because I know he's about to go full retard

I guess I was hoping for more hurries which the extra speed would certainly help. Sadly I feel like the extra tackling/vision hasn't done much for him as a "run stuffer". With 85/90 speed he'd probably do just as well as a run stuffer and affect the passing game. He is on evasive and has tech man. They must just re-engage the block before he can get by since he's so slow. Thanks again!
