what if a owner could pay a DC or OC reward points to coach there team. that way the better ones might get more but it might encourage more users to start coaching.

explain? im not saying pay alot but maybe say " deathblade ill give you 10-100 reward points a season to OC my team" then if owner wasn't happy with performance he could fire you and you would get a pro rated % of the contract.
