if a coaching change is made, I would rather not have my replacement looking over my plays/AI because I can't un-share with the team...

Either that, or make it something that is necessary to be verified rather than an automatic option.
Myself, I can't help but point out that on the Team Sharing page, it does warn that access cannot be un-granted until the end of the season. So when someone opens up the sharing to a team, they're doing so knowingly and aware of that fact. I understand that you're worried about a coaching change being made by the organization, but what about angry coordinators trying to get back at an owner, sometimes over minimal or petty issues. Both sides should generally be aware of the stipulations of the hiring/getting hired process when it happens.
To put it in a real time perspective, despite the fact that this isn't a real life situation, when a coordinator is fired, the players and organization doesn't just forget the plays or tactics that they put into place. The papers, training, etc is all still in place.
So to sum it all up, I'm personally neutral on this point. I can understand it, but I further emphasize that coordinators share plays/AI under the emphasized point that it cannot be removed until the offseason.

well, i just think that for somebody to put so much time into their plays and DAI (especially now that so many other options just opened up this season) that once they are not a coordinator, they should have the ability to remove their shared access to "protect" their property.
+1
but really it's stupid ANYONE with D access on the team can see your stuff in the first place.
