How many current owners are keeping their teams next season?

If we are going to be able to hold onto the same owners year in and year out, I think we have a pretty good chance to have nearly limitless free fun on GLB.
I talked to a few of the other owners before the season about their teams boosting or not boosting. It seems (or seemed at the time) that most owners were not intending to boost as a team, and most were not intending to boost at all.
If we could get all 32 owners on board and agree that none of us would boost I think we could end up with a very competitive league that had long term potential. Recruiting agents would be easy - there would be no flex required to be on the team. They build a player in season 9, retire him after season 9 and reroll for season 10. The only reason to boost Pee Wee players is to outlevel other teams and win the championship. If we can agree that no one would boost, that reason for boosting is removed and the playing field is level for all teams.
Personally I don't see any long term value in boosting Pee Wee players. In order to be successful at this level, you have to build your guy differently than you would if he were going to be in a regular league. The build you end up with in the Pee Wee league makes your player a liability in higher level leagues and you'll never be as dominant as you would have been had you built for the Pro level endgame from the get-go.
One team could screw this up with a 'win at all costs' mentality, but if you have to use higher levels to beat builds/tactics, have you really won anything?
Thoughts?
Just an fyi, I will not be boosting any of my players this season or any season from here on out - not because I can't, but because I don't want to. I plan on playing Pee Wee football for a long time at $4.00 a season.
